Packed his job in a few months ago to do YouTube full time.Low star rated takeaway reviews, stealth camping around Sunderland and the wider area and wild camping further afield. Makes a few videos with a couple of mates now and again but mainly on his own. Turns out Blot has a well-known mate and is out with him this week for Wednesdays video as his mate has some free time. He has just confirmed on tonight's latest upload.He's taking Gareth Southgate wild camping. They go back 30 years through football and have always kept in touch. Blot has told GS that he doesn't want to make money off his name so won't record it, he just wants to meet up with an old mate, GS has told him "like ****e, get it recorded".... in so many words. Going to be interesting once the local and national media get their hands on it.
Sounds good, nothing I like more than camping in the wilds and watching the stars ... ... scary but makes you feel totally alive.
Me and Mrs Smug once camped in the wilds of Italy, had a fire for a BBQ and went into the tent as it died down ... ... we heard the sniffing of animals around us then saw silhouettes of wolves on the side of our tent. That'll stay in our minds forever, we were petrified.
I like that he's a local lad doing well but that sound he makes, you know the one, makes his videos cringe.
A lad from up the North East told me about him on another forum. I said his crack was minging. But I've watched him quite a lot since. I love them me. They remind me of the good old days, funny as owt. If I ever get the urge to camp in a mini roundabout, sleep behind a police station or hang around a dogging hotspot, all I need to do is fire up YouTube instead.
