Never had bother with them before, but tonight I bought an international streaming pass and I don’t know what went wrong but I paid 3 times. I’ve sent an email to Stream U.K. Media Services Ltd. explaining the mistake but I don’t know if that will get the payments refunded. Anyone else had this happen?. As you can imagine my guts are in a knot. Advice received with gratitude.

Aye. I’ll do that tomorrow. I’ve sent an email to the club but they are so busy with season cards etc it’ll take them a while to reply. PayPal just had to go crazy just as I was making a payment didn’t it!

Been busy mate. Bank says it’s paypals responsibility, PayPal have registered a dispute with Stream U.K. Media Services Ltd and advised me to ring them to expidite the matter. I won’t even attempt to ring them today. I will try on Monday. Er… and I’ve been up since 9.30. Not bad for a Saturday but not as early as you roochy. Couldn’t you sleep, then? I’ll attempt to watch the match this afternoon but will probably nod off! These early mornings kill me! :emoticon-0113-sleep:emoticon-0113-sleep:emoticon-0113-sleep

I’ve always got up about 6 even now I’ve jacked in, still the same, hope you get it sorted mate <ok>

Good luck mate. I never ever use that thing now. Warned off it by a mate who works in a bank, and know a few who have had bad experiences.

Not for me. Plenty of other ways to pay, and if there is any insistence on using it, them I'm not the buyer.

That is correct. They have registered a dispute 0n my behalf and the club has until 26th to respond. But they can’t cancel the payment because it is an automatic payment which means that it goes straight into the clubs coffers. Or something like that. PayPal gave me a contact number for the club but all I get is an automated message telling me that the person on that extension is not available. I suppose the office must be very busy at this time of year. So I just have to wait.

Used them for years without bother. Always a first time though.
