Off Topic Blimey, your city is expensive!

Just booked tickets for me and Mrs R&W to see Ed Sheeran in the Principality next May and booked 2 nights in the Jury’s hotel. Cost me £800 ffs - and that was one of the cheapest hotels around the city centre.
Have they hiked the prices because of the concert or is it always that dear there?

 

Covid has not helped, with a lot of people staying in uk the prices of holidays and hotels have gone through the roof.

Next time I’m in the Land of my Fathers I will definitely take you up on that Masky - sadly the hotel is already booked this time.
