Excellent article in the Sentinel (sorry haven't got a link for it) discussing the highs and lows of this season. Interesting facts; Whilst playing in Europe we had 7 wins from 16 games! Whilst NOT playing in Europe we had ONLY 4 wins in 22 games? We played 2 FEWER games than Fulham! 4 of our 5 summer sigings (designed to ease the burden of a lengthy season) spent most of the season on the bench or not in the squad at all! Stoke finished the LOWEST scorers in the ENTIRE country! Stoke also rank bottom of most statistics related to attacking play in Europes TOP FIVE DIVISIONS! However given these embarrasing facts Spinks manages to write a constructive and balanced article!
