We've got a CCS sandwich coming up over an eight day spread. Tough call financially for some supporters fair play.

Do you fancy the filling, or would you just rather the bread and butter each side?

A two leg Carling semi-final against a top four Prem club would be fantastic, but could it be at the expense of max home points from Forest and Brum?

Swallow the lot, or should we be a bit picky?

Whether we do a Freddie Starr and keep it all in (for a short time anyway) or have a bit of a dribble down the chin depends on Malky's view of the side Blackburn are likely to field. I know they are having a dreadful season but if they believe a whiff of Wembley will stimulate their league form then they could play their best 11 - in that case we need to do the same (as far as possible) or get embarrassed in front of a fairly big crowd. I don't want to see that again.

However, if he thinks they will put out a weaker side then we have scope to play guys like Heaton, Darcy, K9 and Quinny - and Mason and Rudy (if fit) to keep their interest and hold our better players back for Brum. Whatever we do though our midfield options are more limited and at least 3 of the top 5 would have to play.

    If it's either/or Sparkey I'll take the 6 points.

But I think we might be hungry enough to woof it all down and look for the pudding after.

Malky has always said, he wants to get into the winning habit, so like DJ he is out to win every game.............realistically look at the teams left in the CC..............we MIGHT beat Blackburn...............but we ain't going to win it..........Another day out at Wembley might be nice...........but in the scheme of things 6 points please <ok>

blackburn are at the bottom of the league atm, they may be focussing on the league, i'd rather go all out to win all 3 games, nowadays you've got to balance between cups and the league but we're not in the 3rd round we're in the quarters so its well worth putting out the best possible team against blackburn <ok>

    A nice problem to have.

I'm sat opposite a Blackburn fan in work at the moment. He's not confident.

Blackburn seem to be playing OK but are not getting the results the performances deserve. I think they are there for the taking.

Brum could be the harder game actually.

If we win against Forrest I'd be happy to take the risk and put the full team out at Blackburn. If we drop points against them I'd protect the squad for the Brum game.

I'll take 6 pts and a cup exit from the sandwich bar please... but I see no reason why we can't go for it against Blackburn. The players would want to test themselves against 'the best' in a semi final and with respect to Blackburn and Palace, they wont get a better chance given who's left in the competition.

Swallow the lot dammit. Why shouldn't we try and get another Wembley date.
The league is a long haul and I think we should use the fringe players who have got us so far in the competition. Maybe I am being a bit stupid but why can't the fringe players step up to the mark and give it a good go, we may even beat Blackburn.
