Good game. Nice goal from Gareth Evans to give us a first half lead, although the bad news is that he went off in the second half, with what looked like either a shoulder or collarbone injury. Late second goal from Eoin Doyle - his first for Pompey, from an unselfish pass by Carl Baker. We withstood late Blackpool pressure after their manager made a desperate triple substitution. Jamille "The Rat" Matt got a great reception from Pompey fans when he came on for the seasiders - the arrogant prat. Excellent performance yet again from Jamal Lowe, playing as an attacking midfielder. He shows some lovely touches, and links up well with his team mates. A future star in the making.
