Just about to kick off, but who do would you prefer to get promoted and why? I would prefer Blackpool, because whilst I think they will entertain and pick up points I dont think they will have a big enough budget to stay up. Hence, we only have to beat 2 other teams to saty up!
West Ham its is! I think they have an equal squad to us in quality and will probably be able to attraact slightly better profile players than us. It will be interesting to see how they perform next season, but I would imagine they will have a style that we Stokie are craving for. They are big, strong, direct yet they have pace and flare which enables them to mix it up.
In all honesty I did not want Blackpool to get promoted as I am not a fan of Holloway. West Ham did finish third in the table so maybe deserved it because of that. However, that could be to our disadvantage of course for the reasons suggested by Smithers. Blackpool would have been more likely to go back down again whereas I think West Ham will be tougher if big Sam remains in charge.
