I love them. There style of play. There manager who sticks by his attacking philosophy regardless of the opposition.
I know this is a cliche but they've been a breath of fresh air this season. There ''nothing to lose'' attitude has impressed many neutrals, ''pundits'' and critics. If they stay up this season that would be a great achievement for a club with a very low budget. And I speak for most on here that we would rather have someone like Blackpool who entertain, play attacking, open, ''fresh'' and expansive football than a team like Wolves who are work-''locos'', play generally ''dull football'' and who couldn't forget there dirty tactics back when we faced them in there backyard? (Targetting Barton.. it was so obvious it was unreal) or even a side like Stoke who yes have improved there style of play slighty(good wide-men/footballers in the likes of Etherignton/Pennent) but still have the likes of Carew and Jones who they hoof it to at a fast pace.

Of course this weekend I won't be cheering for Blackpool but even if we do manage to win/draw I'll love them to stay up(most on here would agree right?).

They've got the influencial CM in Charlie Adam who is bound to move to a ''bigger club''(no disrespect to Blackpool) this summer fit and raring to go this weekend. We need to watch out for this guy non-stop tomo, his passing ability matches or even exceeds our own passing maestro Joey Barton who has been a crucial player this season for us as well. They've got the work-machine that David Vaughan is, the skillful and quick midfielder Grandin, there joint-top scorer(with Adam) DJ Campbell who scored against us at St.James Park(watch out for him.. good movement, pace and decent finisher on his day) and watch out for one of Pardew's reported targets(Jason Puncheon) who is quick, skillful, agile and definitely doesn't look out of place in the top-level.

    Most likely Blackpool line-up(433 line-up) :
    Gilks
    Eardley Catchcart Evatt Crainey
    Grandin Adam Vaughan
    Taylor Fletcher Campbell Puncheon

Our most LIKELY line-up(Going into Pardew's mind) :

    Krul
    Simpson Willo Colo Enrique
    Barton Tiote Nolan Guti
    Ameobi Loverman

    My prediction.. Blackpool 3 -1 Newcastle. <whistle>

    Opinions fellow Toonies?

I really want Blackpool to stay up and honestly wouldn't begrudge them a point. If Wigan would finally go down that'd be lovely, decent enough club but their fans make Middlesbrough look dedicated!

I don't see how they can play with 12 men

I reckon we'l get a draw/win but I do hope they void the drop, wouldn't mind going down there next season.

Hope I'm wrong but I feel Blackpool need at least a point tomorrow, still want them to stay up, though if it means they beat us then they can go.

I think the <whistle> at the end implied that he's aware Taylor-Fletcher is one guy (also, if he wasnt aware, it's pretty long odds that out of the '12' names there he'd pick those two)
