We don't particularly need to sell, and we are short of strikers. So for me this might be a good season ahead for Ranger if we don't get anybody in as he'll progress.

However i can imagine an offer of 5 million and MAshley/APardew will take it.
It bloody paramount we get two more strikers in if he does 'f' off.

It's £5mil that we'd only spend on another striker anyway, can't see the point if i'm really honest

If he is sold I hope we get a good amount of English tax on him to double or triple the fee.

Are you off your rocker? 5 million?! 1 and a half and he'll be off, can't say I'm disapointed either. He's had enough chances to prove himself now, he's clearly never going to be any better than a Championship striker.

Exactly, i dont see the point in selling him. He is what the club are all about (bar the attitude). He's young, he's low wages, he's got potential, and he's still yet to hit his prime. All the people giving him a hard time sometimes don't realise he is a young'un and has a mass of potential we've all seen.

We want rid so I agree that anything above £1.5m we will accept. I think everyone is fed up with his gangster and lazy attitude.

Anything over 1 million and I'd whip their hands off. The sooner he goes the better. A shocking player with a shocking attitude!

We have younger, potentially better strikers waiting in the reserves to play the 4th/5th striker role, ones with much better attitudes.

I doubt Blackpool will spend most of Adam's fee on Ranger.

I can't believe how many of you are happy to see him go...for so little too!?! He is young and still learning. He causes problems for the oppositions defence and they never know how to deal with it, he never gives up on the field, he is a fighter on the pitch. I can't understand how it is benefical to let him go.!!

People say he's had his time in trying to produce the goods, but you are expecting too much from an academy player. He just needs to find his shooting boots.

Ranger is only 20 and is an alright player...

we should loan him out and pay his wages for the recieving club.

If he doesnt improve get rid but if he develops well he could be a top class player

I think its more the fact that Pardew has commented on how bad his attitude it and he still hasn't improved it! I wish he would just grow the **** up!

He clearly has talent, but I don't think he will ever be a great goalscorer. Plus his attitude is pathetic, would much prefer Airey to be given a chance ahead of him.

Yes, his attitude can definately improve but there is talent in the lad and he tries on the pitch.

Just because people think Ranger's a 'tit', surely doesn't mean you dont want him to play for us. I think Rooney's a saggy tit, but I'd want him to play for us after all...

He needs to get his act together! He is doing the thing he loves for a job and his attitude is absolutley disgraceful. He should embrace the chance he has to play football professionally, hopefully somebody pulls him aside and tells him that.
I still don't want him to go as i feel we may regret it, it took Carroll a while to grab his first goal and when he did, he took his chance. Loan him out and we should also loan Vuckic out if we're not willing to give him game-time.

He's got potential, I'd rather keep him for a few seasons incase he realises it.

Loan deal could be worth while so he gets a prolonged run of first team football.

Rooney doesn't just not turn up for training when he feels like it though. He's never shown any gratitude for the massive chance he has in life, 99% of the population would kill to be in his position.
