Don't think we'll concede 5. The Brighton game is as bad as it will get this season just because of the work rate and organisation. We'll lose a few, but not badly. A draw or a narrow Cardiff win for me.
Got a funny feeling about the donkey lashers, I usually have an idea (very often wrong ) about how a game is going to go.............I don't have a clue about this one, although I think 5 - 1 is a bit pessimistic I wouldn't be suprised at a win by a two goal margin either way, or a score draw nil - nil would be a suprise, or a hammering for either side is not going to happen IMO............but this one I really don't have a clue TBH. For the prediction league my head says 3 - 1 to the donkey lashers my heart says 2 - 2..............I'll go with my heart as my head is even more clueless than normal
I was right with you to the 'funny feeling' bit. If I'm reading you right it could be any score to either side. One question relating to the middle bit of your ramble, what's a 'score draw nil-nil'. I bet you could get a zillion to one with the bookies on that.
I'll go with the usual 3 - ! to City. If the players read this they'll be beat before they get on the frigging pitch. Keep The Faith
Last time I checked the table we were above Blackpool, albeit by 1 goal, so I fail to see how they are 5-1 better than us. Brighton was bad but this would need to be truly shocking for a 5-1. There is no reason why we can't get something from every game and this one is no different.
As I see it our problem is that we give the ball away too easily at times, particularly around the back 4. They still have the nucleus of their Prem side and will be adept at punishing mistakes in key areas. Also, our lack of flair upfront means it is unlikely we will score the sort of spectacular goals we achieved last year so become less of a threat - although this could work for us. I don't feel confident about Saturday and expect a draw for us at best - not a 5 - 1 drubbing though. Will you enter that on the Prediction League Dom?
I can understand where Dom is coming from, Blackpool always used to beat us up there. In recent times much better, but a hard fought 1-0 win for city for me.
