Samba, who joined Rovers for £450,000 in 2007 from Hertha Berlin, is frustrated with the current regime. "Things have not happened as I was told they would," said the 27-year-old. "The club is not improving at all. "I've tried to maintain my performance level but I feel it's time to change. I hope people will understand me.''
