Hiya lads, I've got tickets for blackburn away and getting the train to blackburn station (I know mill hill is supposed to be closer but the train is cheaper to blackburn station). Is there an away pub near the station? Which pub will all of you guys be going to?

I'm hoping to grab tickets for this but I'm not currently a season ticket holder.... how likely do you guys reckon it is that me and my mates will get tickets on general sale?

How much are you paying for your train tickets NobbyT?

Got mine yesterday. Never been to Ewood Park and driving - so looking forward to a new trip. Will be a tough match though I think.

Driving? Get yourself on a train or coach so you can have some Ales down your neck!

I am going from Darlington, and they are costing £34 (if yhou are going to get the train, see the route which is the best (probs Toon to York, York to Blackburn) and buy them as seperates...i.e. Toon to York return, York to Blackburn return. Otherwise it was going to cost me $48!

Also regarding general sale i'm not too sure, they go on sale on monday or tuesday I believe, but I was able to get 4 tickets together on yesterday, so you're in with a chance.

It will definitely go to public sale as ST holders had just 1 day and members had 2 days to apply for tickets. And Blackburn always gives big allocations. I think it's 4000+ Guaranteed to find tickets ;)

The trips to Ewood and the JJB usually go to general sale as they give us a huge 5000+ allocation, always a good atmosphere simply due to the noise we all make.

Enjoy lads, i cant make this one unfortunately so have a good one and bring home the points <cheers>
