Looks like they might be going for Hughes and Keane respectively.Well, you have to laugh.Frying pan, fire etc.
When will they ever learn? - I can see some sense in offloading Henning Berg, who´d had a pretty poor start, but Sean O´Driscoll surely was doing a good job, and to think of replacing them with Hughes and Keane, well, ´nuff said
I've always thought O'Driscoll was a better than average manager. Wouldn't be surprised to see Hughes at Blackburn as he did ok there before.
Alex McCleish is odds on for the Florist job apparently with Keane second favourite. I think their fans wants di Matteo, I think their fans will be disappointed.
As I've said on the Town board, I wouldn't write Keane off from management. He was hampered in the transfer market by being forced to sell to buy and his honeymoon period was at a completely useless point of the season. Having said that if I were in charge at Forest he'd be one of the last people I'd be prepared to take a risk on.
I think Sean O´Driscoll has been harshly treated (you win 4-2 and you get the sack) - similar to Di Matteo really. What is football coming to really?
It's ridiculous, Sean O' Driscoll was sacked because he had never managed in the Premier League, nothing to do with his talent. Which is ridiculous. Tony_Munky, you mentioned Di Matteo, will be interesting to see what sort of job he takes on next, whether he sees himself as top European Manager or whether he would actually stoop down to the Championship.
How does that guy keep getting jobs? Does he give a blowjob to each guy on the panel during the interview?
He lets his right hand man, Grant, do that for him. What a dream team - Personality and charisma in bucket loads
