Browsing at newsnow and come across a link to caughtoffside with there view on our potential recruits in january! http://www.caughtoffside.com/2011/12/13/top-three-norwich-city-january-transfer-targets/ Obviousley not reading, well nothing atall tbh into this i thought i would have a ganders at Brek shea and see what hes all about!!?? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cEvsr8Hbu5I Must say, i wouldnt mind if lambert took a gamble Plus wouldnt mind atall at seeing one of the other 2 in a norwich shirt come the 2nd half of the season!
He certainly looks handy - if he can make the step up! Wouldn't mind McEachran, but I think Frimpong has too much attitude!
If hes coached and managed in the right manner then that attitude could be a positive thing to have! Saying that though at this early stage of his career i would prefer a much more matured player in McEachran... Lets face it players like frimpong and McEachran are going to have alot of clubs after them in january and if we do go in for one and get them it just shows another massive stride in our clubs ambitions and shows we can recruit the finest young british talent around
How would it work with loans, given we have two already? I thought that was the maximum, two, would it be one in one out, does anybody know?
I honestly think if I made a video of myself with my best football moments I would look great too. I remember watching Obertan before he signed for Man Utd and thinking he was going to be massive. Doubt Lambert would go for this guy and probaly wise as it hardly ever works. One of the other two would be great though.
Buy Naughton, Loan McEachran = Amazing business Since I support both Norwich and Chelsea, I can ASSURE you, he is the real deal...we can benefit from his creativity, and help develop England's next superstar. He is only 18 and is a regular for the U21s!
3. Brek Shea USA international Brek Shea, 21, is widely expected to join a top flight European club in the not too distant future. In November he trained with Arsenal, though he is not deemed quite ready to make such a drastic step up from the MLS just yet despite impressing in his 9 international appearances. The FC Dallas starlet was voted into the top three players in the Major League Soccer this season though, and thanks to his 6’3″ frame, he would offer quite a presence on the left wing – as well as offer something different to any other player in that position in the country. I recall we had something very similar to this some years ago. A giant, foreign left winger, who could not play left wing! Cannot remember his name (Raymond De Waard?) but I always thought he should have been in the middle of the pitch
You're correct, Thai. Raymond de Waard on the left flank, Fernando Derveldt as his "cover" at left fullback - right winger (for the opposition) fill yer boots !
sign naughton permanently and bring in mceachran on loan? yes, this is a solution and i think this one could happen. he could be this seasons lansbury
