With the continued expansion of the game, and more and more European teams now playing rugby, do you think the time has come to now fit in with the est of European rugby and have promotion and relegation from the Six Nations? At the minute, developing nations hit a brick wall when they reach the top of second tier rugby. I've written an article about it and would love comments and feedback as to what you think.
