I think the blokes an absolute idiot saying that! I think there is an arguement for forced sterilisation for certain individuals though
I personally can't stand Ray Mallon but this makes sense. Just don't see how it can be addressed other than removing at risk kids at birth. For want of a better phrase "scum breed scum".
Kids learn by example, state of this society we'd max out our foster homes in no time at all if we took them at birth. Doesn't sound economically sound. At least someone is identifying problems and offering a solution no matter how daft. The Tories just bury their head in the sand, pretend it's not happening and instead try and win the gay vote by legalizing gay marriage. Priorities of what?

Good point but who can you class as real good in this day and age? Teachers grooming pupils, everybody wanting to line their pockets, society in this country although not there yet is truly ****ed up. I live in York, the outskirts of this city in every direction has a population of the most inconsiderate, clandestine, dopey, thickest twats iv'e ever met and iv'e lived in a few places. I'm not saying their kids should be took off them but a tube snip here or there wouldn't go a miss.

What about the scumb bag rich families there is plenty of them ****ers about . There is Plenty of good people about, who have come from **** starts in life . Some people are going be ****ers no matter how much money you are going to throw at them . Weed the **** out put some discipline ,self respect and respect for others in them . If they still go on with there piss poor way of life. Lock the ****ers up until they are sniffling recks who wont say boo to a goose .
Instead of 6 weeks holiday, 3 weeks and 2 days(youngest)-3 weeks at an army camp (and yes i do mean for 5-18 yr olds) Then unless you get a decent education/job/apprentiship (not working for your dad or some crap)then 2 years conscription before the age of 30 must be served, if you are a lucky one with an education or a job, and you get in trouble, then 10 weeks basic training, next offence 16 weeks but a step up in hardness etc. I would have bloody hated that, I am a complete soft ****e lol But i do know of some knob head parents who kids are great and got a really good job etc, and I know of really good parents, who have brought up some good kids and some scum of the earth (murder etc)so i dont wash with this, its all the parents fault. Not saying none of it isnt their fault, but its not all of it. but the 2 days to 3 weeks would discipline the kids and teach them responsibilty, and the threat of conscription will get most busting their arse to get good grades/jobs, and not do anything wrong when they have them.
I've got a simple but effective plan. Anyone who is featured on the Jeremy Kyle show or sits in the audience should be irradiated whilst in the studio rendering them infertile. Problem solved.
Some people are just born wrong uns . The hard core will only change if they want to . I wouldnt stick them in the army but i would make them earn there keep . Just break the ****ers run them ragged and get them to do work they dont enjoy doing .
I don't think he is talking about sterilization or terminations here. What I think he is saying is that we should be looking at statistics regarding criminals breeding criminals which is pretty overwhelming, and then we should be targeting resources in order to address this problem.. It makes sense to me..
