    Are they stupid. They are talking to Steve Cotterill! He is a rubbish manager!

    For one he slags his young players off live on radio, and two he is just ****!

    When listening to radio solent on the way home from games, many time he said that one of his younger plays had no potential and should not play for the club. How does that help him and the younger players saying that they cant succeed at that level? How is that good management?

    Cottrill never plays the long game. It's not a coincidence that some managers get sacked or move clubs a lot. They enjoy the good times but can't handle the bad or not perfeect.
