    What's the betting he will still be able to own them as he's already passed the laughable fit and proper test.

    It would be typical FA to state there's nothing they can do as he's already passed the test.

    I think our squad have proved you can be fit one moment, then suddenly....very unfit !!

    In all rights they have to declare him unfit.....surely !!

    On R4 this morning the speculation was that he will hold no direct role in any capacity at the club but potentially retain his shareholding/

    I'm not sure even the FA could enforce a 'fit and proper shareholder' test
