Let’s hope we can build on recent successes and beat this annoying club - they’ve taken over from PNE as our bogey club.

They looked a different class to us when we played them at the Gate
Let’s hope that we’re full of confidence after the win at Watford and can keep the run going

They have not been anywhere near that level since Rooney took over. Even before our recent upturn in form, I’d have been disappointed to get nothing from this game. A point ought to be the minimum now.

Going for a convincing Bristol Cjty win.
1-3 to our boys and hopefully taking us into the top six.
LM has got us playing some good football and after the wins against Sunderland -Hull-Watford we have nothing to fear. Also another 2000 sold out away fans cheering them on.

I must say that finally I have seen some light at the end of a dark tunnel due to the football I have witnessed in the last few matches. Our play is more expansive and we look more confident across the pitch and I'm sure that has to be down to the new coach and his team of trainers and such. Liam did promise a more exciting brand of football that the supporters would enjoy watching and if you didn't get your pecker up during the last 3 games then you need to take up another hobby. We are still prone to the odd mistake and although Max has saved many goals against us he is still a danger by some of his decision making on distribution. He tends to put the players in front of him in harms way due to his over exuberance to get the ball back in play as soon as possible and although that is an admirable trait he needs to hold back and look further at the situation before putting us in jeopardy. All in all I think the improvement is there for us all to see and Liam reckons we are capable of getting even better which is one of the most positive and believable statements coming from Bristol City for quite some time. The inevitable next loss is on the cards but for now the roses smell very good so onwards and upwards to the rest of this unpredictable season. Go City.

RR - when we get one great win, it doesn’t automatically mean we’ll win the next game in the same manner.
Same with a defeat - or poor performance - it doesn’t mean doom and gloom for the next game.
Every poor run has to come to an end - as does every good one.
Different opposition, different manager, different tactics, different officials, different weather - all has its influence.
Added to the above you have the randomness of a player having a purple patch or a stinker. That’s football.
I would never predict a convincing win unless we were playing a side 2 divisions below.
    I’ll go for a draw.

Total confidence in the team LM so far doing a great job. Do not see us having a problem tomorrow night.

I didn’t see us beating Watford 4-1 but we did. I’d say we’re favourites for tomorrow, but who knows, that’s the whole point.

Being favourites can work against you
I’d much rather we were the underdogs

We have an abysmal record against this lot - that makes us underdogs in my opinion.

I know what you mean, it’s a different kind of pressure, however if we ever want success we’re going to have to get used to it at some point.

Were Bristol City though, so were always likely to be an underdog anyway, even if we do well. We are considered a footballing backwater, it’s just the way it is.

Who’s our reserve keeper? Can anyone tell me without looking him up?
I used to know who our second string GK was until Bentley left. I’ve no idea who took Max’s place when he stepped up.
