Nice piece about big Billy. http://www.dailymail.co.uk/sport/fo...tml?ITO=1490&ns_mchannel=rss&ns_campaign=1490
I liked this bit... 'The crowd need to put whatever issues they have with the owner to one side on Sunday.'
Wonderful. Wish it had mentioned the Alan Hansen quote about Whitehurst being a more difficult opponent than Maradona.
Agree with him we need the team to play hard. We have nothing to lose and everything to gain. Stop United playing hit them hard and counter quickly. If there was ever a game that we needed to win dirty Sunday is that game. Lets hope that's what we get.
I was at Hull when they lost 1-0 against Burnley. I was disappointed in the performance but I was more disappointed in the crowd. All you could hear was the 3,000 Burnley fans. The crowd need to put whatever issues they have with the owner to one side on Sunday. If it’s the same, that could cost them Well said Billy.
When King Billy said a few words at half time against Burnley he said the crowd should make it more like Boothferry Park, well the mute old bastard flaskers around me weren't BP regulars because none of them seemed to know who Whitehurst was!
