    Many years ago I had the very real pleasure of Bill's company at a corporate evening at OT. I have been to a number of these gigs and, by and large, from the off you can tell that your table host would rather be anywhere but sat with a bunch of numptys for the night. Bill Foulkes could not have been more different. He was an absolute delight, he was engaging and tremendous fun and made for one of the most memorable evenings I have ever had. So sad to hear of his illness and his passing, but I have some wonderful memories of a great evening with a great legend.
