On the whole I think clubs are far too trigger-happy (see De Boer and Shakespeare) - but in this instance I think he could have gone even sooner. He's been all over the place for 18 months or so, with a lot of talent at his disposal.
Definitely. Should have gone in the Summer when they could have got a proper replacement in. Now they've had to reach into the bargain bin.
I think they're one of those clubs though, who want instant success and aren't really realistic about what success looks like for them. There's question marks about who signs the players there. Makes me wonder how well any manager can really be expected to do there.
