Got to say these upcoming two fixtures are massive or us. I do feel we need at least 4 points from these, part of me is thinking we need 6 points (but is that expecting too much). If we can go into our last 4 games with a bit o breathing space to the bottom 3 i feel we might just do it. This is gonna be a hell of a ride and could be decided by the time we play stoke at home, what an atmosphere that could be.
Personally I can't wait Vital that we make an early breakthrough on Wednesday against the Swans in particular otherwise the jitters will set in again amongst both players and supporters Will be very interesting to see whether Mark Hughes goes for an attacking line-up, or whether he'll favour one up front again with a 5 man midfield to win possession there and avoid Swansea dominating there Anyone know if Derry's appeal will be heard before Wednesday? Support is going to be vital - the LR 12th man has certainly spurred the players on in a number of big games this season
Yep,its crunch time. Im not sure why a few are convinced we will win against Swans,Stoke and West brom?. They will be as tough any.Taking most of the season into account,I can maybe see 4 points from 3 games. We desperately need to win the next two, but lets not expect to win the next two
Yep said yesterday this it lads This is the exam, first kiss ,Christmas Driving test, first house, first child The wet dream first man on the moon The 1982 cup final The time the titanic goes under The last minute goal by Miller against Leicester **** the rest of them it's all gone Its time it's dog eat dog We will lie cheat and do what is required ... We will kill and burn anyone that stands in our way for survival. We have been punched We are on the ropes ... We are sending down those Indian chickens , those useless northern Wigs and that ****ty orange bunch of ****s from near that ****hole called Birmingham ... **** the North **** everyone who is not Rangers Smash those Swans with their tippy tappy bollocks Smash those baggies have no idea what this lot are doing in this league anyway We belong here at the top table Lets take it Let's have it Europe next year
Yes, 4 points from these two games is whats required. Everything hinges on the Swans game. If we manage to beat them, then we go to the Baggies full of confidence. If we don't then the pressure will really be on at the Hawthorns and we don't perform that well in those situations.
It's all dreamland at the moment, of course. But just imagine going out against WBA having beaten the Swans on Wednesday night. That same night Wigan entertain Man. United and Wolves host Arsenal. Liverpool visit Ewood Park tomorrow night. There's a lovely scenario in which the Rs step onto the turf at The Hawthorns with a 3-point advantage the relegation rivals. Then look at their fixtures next weekend... Wolves at Sunderland, Blackburn in South Wales and Arsenal host the Latics. Could be a great week. [Or, whisper it, it could turn to rat ****]
