First wife ... Papiss snapped with Adjia Siny Thiaw Peter Jordan
PREMIER League love-cheat Papiss Cisse is a bigamist who got his first wife pregnant at 13, The Sun can reveal.

Adjia Siny Thiaw was 14 and one month when she gave birth to the Newcastle striker’s son Ousmane in Senegal.

The couple later lied on official documents to make it appear she was over 16, the age of consent in their homeland.

Cisse, 16 when Adjia was pregnant, married her in 2013 — 11 years after Ousmane’s birth.

They never divorced — making Cisse’s May marriage in France to a Senegalese volleyball star bigamous.

It means he has broken the law in both France and Senegal.

The maximum sentence in both countries for bigamy is 12 months’ jail.

He could have faced up to ten years if convicted of underage sex at the time his son was born.

But too much time has lapsed for police to now pursue the case.

The Sun traced Adjia to an apartment in a suburb of Senegal’s capital Dakar — where she lives with Ousmane, now 13.

Young love ... couple before we revealed Cisse's second marriage Peter Jordan

She said: “We changed his date of birth on official documents so Papiss would not get into trouble.

“*****philia is a serious offence and it would have been bad for his career.”

Adjia only learned Cisse had married again after reading our report of the ceremony near Paris.

She wept and said: “We have never divorced. He has betrayed me and has broken my heart.”

When Cisse, 30, wed Diallo Awa he also caused anguish back in Britain.

He had not bothered to tell stunned girlfriend Rachelle Graham, 24 — or two other women who came forward to reveal they were his lovers.

Or dancer Natalie Gibson, 24. Or model Lasconnie Silva, 27 — the two women who came forward to say they were also his lovers.

But their heartbreak was nothing compared to Adjia’s.

She wiped away tears as she told how she and Cisse met when he came to play in a football tournament in her hometown.

She said: “We liked each other. Papiss is very quiet but he started talking to me more and he said he liked me.

“We became boyfriend-girlfriend and then I got pregnant in the same year that we met. I was 13.

“The pregnancy was not planned. I did not even know I was pregnant until the day I gave birth.

“I was only 13 and I didn’t know anything about those things. I was just going to school still and playing around like a kid.

“One day my stomach really hurt and I went to the hospital. It was a big shock for everyone when the baby arrived.

“I was scared when I saw the baby in my arms but then I realised I had a baby and I was in love with Papiss so I just accepted it.

“Papiss accepted he was the father but he did not have any money to even baptise Ousmane.

“My father was very upset about it and is still mad. He has never seen Ousmane.

“But I told everyone that I did not want the police involved because I wanted to be with Papiss.”

The couple kept up a long-distance relationship as his football career developed.

He signed first for French team Metz in 2004 then moved to Germany before a £9million deal took him to Newcastle United in January 2012.

In the summer of 2013 he flew home to Adjia.

She said: “He asked me if I would marry him and of course I said yes. I’d had no other relationship during all that time.

“I had not been with another man because I waited for Papiss. People said I was wasting my time, that he would never marry me. But I had faith in him.

“I always knew he’d come back to me.

“Papiss was a big star by then but we are both quiet people and we wanted a small wedding just for family.

“In the end a lot of people from the neighbourhood came but it was a beautiful day.

“I felt special and Papiss looked so handsome.

“Ousmane was also very happy that his mother and father were now married.”

When Cisse returned to Newcastle he installed Adjia and Ousmane in their basic, first-floor apartment overlooking a dirt street where goats roam freely.

It is a far cry from her husband’s £1million home on one of the most exclusive estates in northern England.

Cisse earns £173,000 a month in the Premier League. He gives Adjia £500 of that for rent and bills.

In March last year Adjia and Ousmane visited him in the UK.

They watched him in two games, including a 1-0 home win against Crystal Palace in which he scored.

She said: “The Newcastle fans were loud and crazy but when Papiss scored I was loud and crazy too.

“Ousmane was very happy as well. He loves his father and worships him, although his favourite player is Neymar.”

But when Cisse next met up with his family during a visit to Senegal last summer he was no longer the content family man.

Adjia said: “He was going out late and not coming back until 4am or 5am and not saying where he had been.

“He had an injury and people were saying to him that nothing had gone right since he married me.

“He believed them and started to get paranoid.

“After 20 days here he packed and left.

“I knew he had this girlfriend in England but he told me it was over.”

Then Adjia found messages on his phone from Diallo.

She said: “I asked him if she was his girlfriend but he said nothing so I Googled her and found her on Facebook.

“I sent her a friend request but she told Papiss and he got mad, saying if I created problems for him I would end up hurting him.

“The next thing I knew was when I read in the papers that he had got married.

“I was shocked. I felt like he had played a game with my whole life.

“It was so hurtful seeing pictures of him and his wife.

“But I am his legal wife, she is not his wife.”

Cisse and Adjia married in a mosque in Thies, a town 50 miles east of Dakar, on June 18 2013.

They registered their marriage with the civil authorities in Dakar a month later.

Government officials confirmed they had not divorced.

When couples marry in Senegal they receive an official booklet called the Livret De Famille which includes details of the wedding and any children they have.

In their booklet, Ousmane’s date of birth is given as July 7 2005, to make it look as if Adjia conceived when she was 16.

But the lad’s birth certificate gives the true date of May 12 2002.

Dakar lawyer Dabo Ndiaga said it was too late to charge devout Muslim Cisse. He added: “Cisse could have been prosecuted for having sex with a minor if charges had been brought at the time.

“Prosecutors in Senegal do commonly pursue those kinds of cases.

“As he was only 16 himself, he would have been brought before a court for minors so the sentence would likely have been less severe than the regular court.

“But the statute of limitations is only three years and has now run out.”

But he could still be charged with bigamy in both France and Senegal.

Mr Ndiaga added: “Cisse could be jailed for up to a year if convicted of bigamy.

“A judge could also order damages to be paid to the first wife.”

In France the maximum sentence for bigamy is also 12 months plus a fine of up to £32,000.

An Interior Ministry spokesman said polygamy was banned in 1993 when immigration laws were tightened to stop men from African Muslim countries bringing extra wives into the country.

He added: “France considers polygamy a grave infringement of the principle of equality between men and women.”

A Paris legal source added: “The law has been toughened up in recent years, and anyone caught breaking it can expect criminal action.”

Polygamy is widespread in Senegal, especially among Muslims.

But the law says a man must choose either polygamy or monogamy when he marries for the first time.

If he chooses polygamy he can take up to four wives. If he chooses monogamy, as Cisse did, it is a choice for life.

Men are regularly prosecuted for bigamy in Senegal but Cisse will be arrested only if Adjia makes a complaint.

For now she is clinging to the hope he will one day return to Dakar so they and their son can be a happy family again.

She said: “I am angry and upset with him and I should sue him for bigamy. But I am also hopeful for the future. It’s the only relationship I have ever had and I still love him.

“I do not need his money or his fame. I just want him as my husband.”

Newcastle United and Cisse’s agent both declined to comment.

I thought 'Slims were allowed a load of wives? Is that just a myth? I'm sure if it's allowed in their faith he'll use the religion card, which trumps every other card in law nowadays.

As for him being a *****phile, I was informed that you have to be attracted to children as a clinical diagnosis (or words to that effect) a couple of weeks ago on here, so I'm not sure what to label the bloke, is he a ***** or was he just a silly kid with a wandering tagger?

I don't think he'll have much trouble shutting her up in that country mind, money talks a lot in the African judicial system.

Is that like some document that you have to sign, opt in and opt out?

Do you get more virgins in the afterlife if you opt out?

I wonder how many of those pious craas who were quick to take a moral high ground over AJ (an innocent unproven AJ at that) are as swift to condemn Cisse. Or will we see some lame excuses as to his religion, not in this country bollox etc etc from them?

Will Cisse face the same police scrutiny now and NE\National media ****storm Johnson has had to endure? I'd say as there is a child involved then the evidence is overwhelming. If Johnson is proved guilty I'll be the first to condemn him but in Cisses case, there seems very little doubt now at all.

There is an old saying the craas would do well to adhere to. People who live in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.

Gormless morons mate, the average slim will press his face against the floor approximately 140,000 times in their lives in exchange for a barrel full of scruffy arab girls who have managed to keep their legs shut until the grim reaper comes to collect them.

Working on an assumption that it's 40 virgins they'd need a birth ratio of 44:1 that is four wives and 40 virgins to every one bloke... the actual ratio is 1:1 - surely one of them has done the maths?

Maybe they get told the virgins come from another world, alien virgins, what they don't know is they are hermaphrodite alien virgins who intend to stuff 12 inches of pork sword up their stink pipe as soon as they enter the 'room of love'.

I don't think there's an opt in or opt out clause in the Muslim faith so assume that is a legal requirement in Senegal. According to the Koran a Muslim man is allowed to have four wives but he must treat them all equally financially, physically and spiritually. Problem is that often this right is not legalised in the country in which they live. So here in Indonesia a Muslim man may take multiple wives but only the first wife can be legally registered as his wife and inherits from him when he dies.

Quran Interpretation Loophole it is then.

"Why did you stone your wife to death?"

"Because the Quran told me to"

"No it doesn't, where does it say that"

"Here look.... 'In the name of Allah all women should do as they're told and uphold the household honour or face consequences'... see"

"No there's nothing about stoning to death"

"But... well what's that consequences bit about then?"

"Well, we'll let you off this time, it is a little confusing I'll give you that so... just don't do it again".

"Unless my other wife forgets my mayonnaise in my egg butty?"

"Is that what she did?... you should have said, you got any more stones?"

Maybe she's been spending his 500quid child support on McDonalds. Reading through the article it sounds like a veiled threat that if he doesn't pay a bit more he could soon be being prosecuted for bigamy in either France or Senegal.

You lot had that Martins fella on your books, he had a fake birth certificate, he said he was 21 and he looked about 40, if he couldn't do that flip thing after he'd scored I'd have sworn he was eligible for a bus pass.

I find this all mildly amusing mind, coming from somebody who attempted to engineer a move because he didn't want to wear Wonga on his shirt <laugh>

Exactly - think the guy is a right twxt who plays the Muslim card when it suits him. That spitting incident with Gobby Evans was not very pleasant either.
Think Martins is still playing in the States as well!
