Just wanted to offer Fat Agent Ashley and Derek Lambastard my personal thanks for once again shafting the filth yesterday by selling 'wor Andy'; the Geordie lad through and through, who would never leave the toon army no matter what (unless its ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã35m and ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã80k per week that is). He couldn't wait to get out and they couldn't wait to fill their pockets. I tried to tell them all weeks ago Carroll would be sold but did they listen? I think the continued ritual humiliation those two 'honorary mackems' have bestowed upon the great unwashed is exemplary. I couldn't do any better myself. First they release a statement to the local papers that the lad is going nowhere - allowing them to make tatties of themselves with headlines in their evening papers; then they hang Alan 'the great puppet manager' Partridge out to dry by whipping the carpet from underneath him, leaving him no chance to replace him; then the finishing touch however, had to be the 11th hour bid for N'Zogbia, a player they slagged off when he left 18 months ago. This kind of precision shafting takes years of study and concentration. My hat goes off to them on their success. Absolutely magnificent work fellas. Keep it up as you steer the severely holed and creaking craa ship, towards the championship for the rest of this season.
Badger - And you were one I told some weeks ago that Ashley would shaft. You pilloried me for it then? Do you still think I was wrong? Your Club is nothing more than an also ran in the EPL. Get used to it. We brought in Muntari and Sessegnon and put money into Brucie's war chest for the summer. Are you as confident Amadonkey, Best, Lovenkrands and Ranger have what it takes to keep the goals coming and do you really think Ashley is about to give Alan Partridge ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã35m to spend in the Summer - if you are still in the EPL of course. Those 8 points from the drop look a lot closer this morning Badger no matter what brave face you want to put on. Our owner, chairman and manager are as one. Are yours?
Cest Maybe we could start an online petition to get them the Freedom of Sunderland for their outstanding work?
Cest That's ****ing boring mate. Everyone knows they aren't, its been clear to see, we always say our owners are a ****ing joke, or do you not realise this, and believe that we actually think Ashley is god? We all know we won't see the money, as said by every Newcastle fan, its not new when it comes from your fingers. No, I am not confident of those strikers getting us goals, as again, said by pretty much every Newcastle fan. In defence, we have a scoring midfield, and 10 more points might just keep us up. We also have a pretty solid defence. No brave face from me mate, I know we are in the ****.
Reality hitting home and a touch of humility for many of you this morning eh? I'm afraid it simply doesn't wash though. Only a few short days ago we were a selling club; your lot were all over the boards spouting bollocks about your league position and giving us large about the derby games. What your flock forgot to notice was there was a long way to go; your star striker was always going to be cashed in on; Pardew was a puppet appointment to sell the crown jewels and your closer this morning to the relegation trap door than you ever thought was possible. We tried to tell you derby games are good for local pride but mean diddly squat in the course of a campaign. We do have a European challenging squad and whether we make or not, I look forward to our games and our future these days. I have been making the point about this for several months, taking severe abuse form your lot in doing so. Maybe for the first time reality is sinking home for a lot of you about the gulf between the 2 clubs now. Not just playing wise but the whole shebang. We are the future. You are the past. SAFC - unquestioned top cats in the NE
You really need to get a life mate. I bet you know more about NUFC than you do your own club. Most articles that you write are about Newcastle. There is one thing for sure though, we won't run away from our club like you did. I won't support another club, im pretty much screwed in that department. I hate but love supporting Newcastle, im sure you feel the same about your lot. The rubbish that you have written above isn't new, its the same old **** that has come from every team in the league. They aren't you ideas, your built up plan of how NUFC would fall. Everything that happens at NUFC is annoying, not a surprise, in a way we saw this coming.
"We won’t run away from our club like you did" Please explain? I have been a regular at Sunderland since the 1974/5 season and I haven’t supported anyone else during what have been some absolute ****e years. Your crowd’s pre Keegan were crap – FACT. Lows of 16,000 at Sid James. Let’s see how many barcodes are tempted back next season after another relegation struggle for you this year, then the year after and after that. As for your other rants. I post anti Noocarsel posts! Well bugger me sideways. Revelation of the day. Hold the front pages lads and lasses, here is a bomb shell. “Sunderland fan takes the piss out of local rival’s misfortunes” Whatever next? Humans need to breathe to live! Slices of cooked meats inserted between 2 slices of bread makes for a tasty and filling snack between meal times - I call them sandwiches!!!! Any other obvious statements you want to bore the ****e out of me with. You really are sanctimonious fool. You are one of the worst culprits for living on the SAFC sites, quick to mock and easy to abuse any pitfalls for SAFC but the first to take a higher than thou attitude when it comes back to haunt you. You should Mod yourself for being a complete knob. I won’t stop taking piss out of a set of deluded Muppets like you anytime soon, so either get over yourself or run and tell your mummy. It may not be new news but its news worth saying over and over again for us. Or, maybe if you spent more time on your own board and less on ours you wouldn’t get so upset. Oh, I forgot. **** all happens on your own site concerning your club, so you have to come over here to enjoy a proper clubs fans.
Cest About the crowds, I am sure they were still something like the 6th or 7th highest at the time in the country(whilst two stands were getting rebuilt). I can't say, I wasn't around. But you have proven in this generation that you run away, and still stay away when things are good.
Badger - There’s a first for one of you then, an admission you don’t operate with facts just speculation. Let you into a little secret - It shows in your arguments. And no, there was no rebuilding of stands to fall back on at the time. Your crowds were **** because the football they were watching was ****. Averages in the 20,000's not 40,000's were the norm. They only picked up AFTER Keegan came and set the fire under the bellies of the faithless. I grew up as a young lad in the 80’s and both clubs were in the doldrums at that time. Both were serving up crap and both crowds were down. However, you have all enjoyed some pretty good times since (in the 90’s and early 2000’s) with European football and regular high EPL finishes. During the same period we continued to be ****e, with relegations and record low points. Its only 5 years ago since we couldn’t amass 15 points in a whole season and let me tell you that year tried even the most die hard amongst us. So the fact we can still muster 40,000 is a great testimony to the nature of our support. Lets us see what your crowds become under this regime of Ashley, as the reality sets in that the football will remain average and relegation fights the norm. If after 4 or 5 relegations and some extremely tough and challenging times your crowds are still 45,000+, then I'll run naked up and down Northumberland Street with a feather up my arse all day for you. They wont be and my arse (and that of the viewing public) will be saved trust me. You have as many glory hunters as any club and they will soon sicken of watching sub standard fayre. The difference is, I appreciate and accept you were the top club during this time. Your lot and you won’t accept with any dignity that it’s our turn now to wear the crown of ambition. We are a club going on the right direction. It would be nice if now and again instead of churning up our recent past failures, you accept our current successes and potential just once. We are not Man Utd by any stretch of the collective imagination but we are better equipped to progress than you are. A submission that we are not the club of the Murray era from yourselves would be the first step towards being civil in my eyes.
Cest - What tee's it off for me is Agent Ashley WILL have to pay the tax on that ̢̮â¬Å¡Ãâã35 million pound on the first of April - Loving this evening more...!!!
Football is a business and Andy One Trick Pony was an asset. This asset was sold meaning that the monies coming into the club will be in your bank, hence you will pay tax on this.
I think that you are getting confused. If we spend that money before the end of the company's tax year then it will not be in our bank, hence we will not have to pay tax on this.
So when is the companies tax year? As for spending the money, you are surely not thinking he will invest it all with Alan Partridge do you? Knowing me knowing you will be lucky to see 10m of that money with the rest plus the EPL/Sky money (if you stay up in the summer) going to pay back Fat Ashleys losses so far. Wake up and smell the bullshit
I am merely questioning why Ashley has to pay tax on the money if it is in the company bank account on 1st April. The financial year ends on 5th April but this has nothing to do with a company's year end. If our year end is say, September 30th, for example then Ashley has 8 months and a transfer window to spend the money or he could always use it to repay part of the loan that the club owes him. I am not assuming that ANY of the money will be used to buy players, and I am not one for defending Ashley's actions. However, if you think that the FCB will pay any tax on that money, then I suggest that you follow your own advice and "wake up"
