May have been before Brucey but ah well. With this plus his ability to get the best out of the players he already had, and get them to take the big step up to premier league standard which i never thought they would (to this degree) he's been amazing overall. He and boring Nigel have been responsible for a great transition from a struggling team into Prem quality. Oh and Mr Allam of course. A lot of people say we've overpaid on some transfers but you can't say that you would ever believe the caliber of players we now have!
