    What a legend for us. Such a model professional and some of his performances, especially during that 2005 champs league run. He was a goliath in the back. Bring him in!!!! Again, someone who knows the club, what it is all about, and he can teach our young defenders a thing or two. Imagine what he could do with a physical specimen like Wisdom!

    Good question. Quite a few. I saw his one vs Wolves in 2004! Around 90th min classic bullet header!

    I def think we could tempt him over, if he has not signed anything for Leverkusen as of yet. Get Kenny on the phone with him, Carra, Stevie, and have a little earl verbal to get over here and sort out our backline!

    The volley against Juventus will always stick in my memory.Ron Yeats when having scouted big Sami said Sami reminded him of someone,and it doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out who that was.The colossus rang Gerard Houllier and said ''Gerard,this boy can be anything he wants to be''.He was 100% right.Sami will never walk alone.

    Do I remember correctly that he went an entire season without being booked, which is amazing for a center back.

    He read the game so well and didn't have to go to ground often.
