So the man we chanted "sign him up" for in the Spring sunshine only 2 years ago has been released. He never really repeated the heady heights of that day against Sheff Utd where he was unplayable - best of luck to him.
I liked Big Pat when he was playing about 12 to 18 months ago, he could hold the ball up so well, and there was no shortage of skill for a big man. Unfortunately, time has caught up with him and he isn't the player he was. Could still do a good job for a non league club though. Hope he gets himself sorted out for next season.
