just heard mcghee say not looking good for bevan. the operations he has had on his hand/wrist havent worked and bevan needs to make a decision about his career. mcghee said something along the lines of...... what do you think, should he risk having the operation or not? either way, looks like a new keeper will be signed for next season.
Shame I thought he started to perform better when Buckle left I think MM already knew this along time hence why we brought in two keepers.
Will be sad for him if this stop's him playing. He may not have been brilliant whilst he was playing but he is still a decent geezer and I wouldn't want the end of his career to come about because of this. Hope he recovers soon!
Difficult for Bevan I wish him well looks as if his career with Rovers is over. On the positive side I would reccomend we sign Etheridge if he is availiable most confident and good keeper we have had for a long time. COR
