He then tried to sneak it through as a reverse of the original agreement, having already said yes.

Hiag boasted that no gooner would take on a bet with him. I replied go on then, what are the terms. Hiag stated the terms, I never accepted them (mainly because I could not be arsed to)
I then said I would give Hiag a second chance and proposed terms that Hiag agreed to.

Nothing wrong there in my view, it's plainly written and been agreed. As a small point of interest you would expect a conveyancer to be meticulous with small print. Seems the fat berk now has a right-of-way over his avatar.

 

The part that I addressed in my earlier comment, pointing out that you agreed to the terms, then tried to sneakily reverse them?
You agreed to a bet and you bottled it. Just admit it.

I have never bottled anything fanboy. I agreed to having a bet and then wrote the terms and Hiag agreed them - what part of that don’t you understand, or do you need someone to explain points of law.

Why not say both are valid and therefore they both lost individual bets?

I am up for it, I even offered Hiag the chance to pick his own avatar of David Van Day, but you are unlikely to get Hiag to agree as he can’t ever concede defeat or admit he has lost
