Seeing as I'll probably be watching your match against Arsenal with a couple of Gooners, and seeing as I like an occasional flutter, I thought I'd check out the odds to see if there was any value to be had in a big Arsenal win...

    Unfortunately not...

I was surprised to see that my local bookies are offering only 18/1 for a 5-0 Arsenal win, not very good at all, even a 4-1 win for Arsenal, (which I was considering), is only 12/1! (I took 14/1 for you lot to beat Bolton away 2-1 earlier this season.)

Nevertheless, for you Budgies with faith in your team who like a punt, there's some pretty good odds to be had on a Norwich win, 40/1's to be had for a 1-0 or even 2-1 win, got to be worth a punt if you think you're in with a chance!

    (Looks quite tempting...)

I would not bet on us getting anything from the game other than a good drubbing. At 16/1 or 18/1 I would be more tempted to go for the 5-0 win for the Gunners <ok>

5-1 looks the better value for me, I wouldn't bet against Holt getting one, in fact I might have a go on that!

Good luck with that Welly, maybe Moro will be upfront alone again! That's the problem, predicting the starting XI <laugh>

Exactly! I got done with that last week, got on a Liverpool win 3-2 at 25/1, only to find Holt wasn't starting! <yikes>

Still think that he might have been worth at least one goal (if not the two I was looking for) if he'd have played the 90 mins!

I would love to think we'd find some magic and sneak a 1-0 win, but sadly it will likely be a bit of a one sided affair in Arsenals favour.

Unfortunately we seem to be the side that out of form teams pick up 3 points against.
