I've been reading the other posts discussing the season so far and where our problems lie, and one thing popped into my head. What is our best starting eleven, and more importantly does Gary Waddock know what his best eleven is? It strikes me that the lack of a regular scorer has meant that we've never really got a settled team, as GW tries something else to attempt to find some goals. I don't think this is something just for this season either, as I thought much the same last year when we were getting promoted. Any thoughts?
Spot on thread, the players on form seem to change each week, we're never quite sure who's going to turn up. Of everyone, only Bull, Lewis and Beavon seem to perform well every week. From what I've seen, this is our best 11: Bull Mccoy, Winfield, Johnson, Basey Harding, Lewis, Donnelly Strevens, Beavon, Harris Ibe looks good, but haven't seen enough of him yet to determine how good he actually is. Same goes with Rowlands really.
mine: Bull Foster, Winfield, Johnson, Basey Unsure as to who is the strongest other winger, Donnally, Lewis, Rowlands, Harris Beavon to attack weaker teams, let Ibe play instead of the other winger and go into a 4-3-3 pushing harris upfrount
I agree with Ron, Bull McCoy, Winfield, Leon, Basey Donnelly, Lewis, Rowlands Betsy, Bevon, Harris Although given a run together so everyone is match fit I would like to see Bull McCoy, Winfield, Leon, Basey Betsy, Lewis, Donnelly, Harris Rendell, Bevon
