Ive sat in various places but just wanted different views from everyone else to help :)

Might I suggest that the most important thing is not so much where you sit, but who you are sitting next to. With the less than generous width per seat, I would suggest a maximum waist measurement of 32 inches. This is why I always take my son if possible as he allows me a little overlap. Quite literally! ;)

I have generally found that the best place to sit is on your bum.

I once had to sit in the Itchen south corner and it was ghastly. I sit half way up in the centre of the Kingsland which is perfect. (except for the people who sit behind me and moan constantly about Guly).

A lot of the Kingland central has gone to season ticket holders now. Always sat in same spot, now I have very little choice and usually end up towards the Northam. View more likely to be restricted as people lean forward, but not bad. I hate the winter months when big blokes start dressing like Nanook of the North and use up half my seat as well as their own.

Definitely think that the further away from the centre of the Kingsland/itchen stands, then the higher you need to be for a good view. I can't see whats going on from too low down.
