Got into a debate last night over a few beers, as to the best holiday place for kids A: Value for money, well kids is expensive and it has to be a low budget option - a place you can afford to stay for more than 2 weeks B: Plenty to do - this could be just beach, nice sand and a safe sea with other kids their age C; Nice chillout for grown-ups too, somewhere next to the sea and the crashing waves, a bit far from it all. It don't have to be rustling palm leaves, though I like them lots, UK has pretty places too, though I do like it warm. D: Access: easy to get there, flying or by car, basically not too much of that sort of thing, cars are better and a journey with stop offs can be fun E: I'm not too panicky, but with kids it cannae be too remote in case of medical emergency or a place that is a bit dodgy/unsafe I got a great place (huts on Backpacker Is, Th), which would work out at -a 9: b 8:c 8:d 7: e 8 We also had calls for Findhorn, Northern Portugal, Ozzie outback roadtrip and camping across central Europe Looking for new places, ideas to share
How many kids do you have? You said you have less than 10, but how many? Nine?, Eight? PS Are you a pikey?
Do two weeks in Malta, spend one of the weeks on an eastern Mediterranean cruise (jumping on the boat when it docks in Malta). Get a week to relax around the Maltese beaces and get a week visiting about 5 major European cities.
