    Stolen from the club site.

The arrivals of Stewart Downing, Jose Enrique, Charlie Adam, Jordan Henderson, Craig Bellamy, Sebastian Coates and Alexander Doni have strengthened the squad, but who has made the most favourable impression?

For me it was a toss up between Enrique and Downing.

I went for Enrique as LB has been a serious problem for some years now and he seems to of instantly settled in and shown a lot of quality at the same time. He is the perfect LB in my opinion, strong and very fast <ok>

I am really impressed with Enrique, solid defender and good going forward.

Adam's delivery from set-pieces and overall contributions in games has impressed me most.

Enrique for me,but Downing is improving all the time.

Downside is Hendo looked like a fish out of water at times on saturday and as soon as Bellamy came on we looked more of a threat(imo).

I think Henderson is still trying to find his feet. He was good against Bolton and pretty average at Stoke. He really shouldn't be starting imo but coming off the bench to add a spark or energy.

Thats kinda my point Bluff,If he gets benched at Spurs and we start with the more experienced Craig Bellamy then Hendo will be like a coiled spring waiting to prove hes good enough and we might get the best out of the lad.

I have a sneaky feeling that Gerrard may play on the right this season with Hendo making the odd cameo. I think splitting Lucas and Adam up isn't the best idea (although Adam needs to do better than he did at Stoke).

If I hadn't added him to the poll everyone would have been saying where's Coates?

He might not like it but if KK tells him too, I doubt he will throw too much of a fit as he did with Rafa ( even though he scored loads of goals from that position!)

For me, he could be the best business out of the bunch. I am really really wanting him to play soon, Carra has been looking a bit Shaky, and I am not the biggest fan of Skrtel so would love to see Coates given a chance. I understand he still is learning how we play, the players, language, etc.

I cant see Kenny making any promises to our new signings that they'll play in every game and the fact we're not in Europe this season means they've got less games to make their respective positions their own.

I'm the same with Skrtel, hope he can prove me wrong though.

Enrique and Downing for me have both been brilliant. Adam has dissapointed me a lot so far, the lack of drive to his game worries me and he is easily kept quiet in games by energetic midfielders.

Downing for me, Enrique very, very close behind! Looking forward to seeing Coates in action.
