......................Mignolet Zabeleta......Kompany......Skrtel........Kolarov ------------Gerrard....Fernandinho ----------------------Yaya ---Silva-------------Sturridge------Suarez Agree?
Hart Zab Kompany Skrtel Kolarov Gerrard Toure Silva Suarez Aguero Sturridge I think Hart is being harshly judged after his dodgy start to the season. Since the new year he's been the best in the league.
--------------Mignolet------------- Zabaletta-Kompany-Sahko-Kolarov ---------Toure--Fernandinho----- -Sturridge-------------------Silva- ----------Aguero--Suarez---------
-----------------Jones------------------ Kolo----Demichaelis----Lescott---Cissokho ------Allen------------ ------- And then, apart from A Spaz, I hit a brick wall. I cannot pick any joke players from either team. What a testament this is to BR and our boys that everyone (bar the usual suspects) has had a brilliant season. 2/3 seasons ago I could have easily made a joke team list like this.
Hart Zabaleta Skrtel Kompany Kolarov Gerrard Fernandinho Silva Aguero Sturridge SuarezThere's a case to be made for Navas playing over one of the forward four, but all four have had great seasons. You'd have to take out Aguero if any only because of his injuries and games missed, but that's a little unfair. Naturally, Yaya is nowhere near my team. No lazy players who pad goals with set pieces. Apart from the goals, he's been shocking.
I'd just pick Liverpool but put Silva in for Coutinho. No need to disrupt a winning side too much The subs bench would be strong as **** though
Kolorov is not a very good defender so wouldn't put him in any best of side,ok going forward but very limited going the other way.Clichy is by far the best defensively of the 2 Hart Zab Kompany Skyrtl Clichy Gerrard Fernandinho Coutinho yaya Silva Suarez
Flannel in at left back then and only one up front PPLF? Very Maureen Hart Zab Skrtel Kompany Flannel Silva Gerrard Yaya Aguero Studge Suarez
To be fair - that would be an amazing starting 11. Nice balance to it with Gerrard and Fernandinho, Toure the powerhouse playing slightly advanced with the trickery of Coutinho and Silva. Suarez up top. I wouldn't have picked that team, but after looking at it I do like the balance and could see it absolutely destroying teams. Not sure on Clichy though personally, but I trust PPLF's judgement as he's clearly seen his team play more than I have. Plus you'd have a bench with Mignolet Kolorov Agger/Sakho Sterling Navas Agüero/Sturridge The list could go on!!
Like bollocks he's a powerhouse! **** house, diving house, lazy house, setpiece hero house maybe...but certainly not a powerhouse!
