The first Leicester City contenders for the Mitre goal of 2013 are Anthony Knockaert v Huddersfield (2nd) David Nugent V Middlesbrough Andy King V Blackpool Jamie Vardy V Millwall (1st) Lloyd Dyer V Bolton (5-3) All great goals for different reason. Knockaert showed fantastic skills skinning 2 defenders and then a fantastic finish. Nugent showed great link up play with Chris Wood before scoring from a difficult angle. Very hard to control the ball how he did. Great technique King ran onto it with his weaker foot and hit it as hard as he could. Great technique aswell Vardy counter attacking ran near enough the whole pitch before scoring Typical Dyer goal, uses his pace and scored after taking the ball down the outside. Great mental strength aswell with Nugent missing a peno a few mins earlier Very tough one but I think for all round skill and quality I would give it to Nugent
