We often do the best leeds team of all time but I think that gets boring seeings the team from the Revie Era is basically the first team with subs from the Wilko era

So I thought a best team since the prem was the way to go (and plus I'm bored and its slow at work today):

    -----------------------Sullivan------------------

    Richardson------Kisnorbo------Kilgallon-----Pugh (first time around)

    Gradel--------Howson-------Douglas------Lewis

    ------------------Snodgrass------------------

    ------------------Beckford--------------------

Subs: Lonergan, Heath, Clayton, Becchio, Healy

Thats the Kisnorbo from League 1 when he was awesome by the way

Now that is only off the top of my head and have probably missed quite a few players there and I significantly struggled to get an LB. So feel free to add your own or completely ridicule me for my poor team selection.

    Best players we have owned:

    Scott Carson
    Fraser Richardson
    Matt Kilgallon
    Tom Lees
    Luke Garbutt
    Max Gradel
    Jonny Howson
    Fabien Delph
    Danny Rose
    Robert Snodgrass
    Jermaine Beckford

    Subs:
    Elliot Kebbie
    Adam Clayton

Might not be the best team we ever used, but in my opinion it would have been.

Eddie Lewis was immense and when used properly, no one in the Championship could touch Rob Hulse.

Actually Lichaj can go in at RB instead of Frazer.

Gary Kelly for RB, surely? Still think he retired too early. And what about Clarke Carlisle. He was immense.

I didn't think that much of Clarke Carlise, think he did far better after he left us.

I got the feeling Clarke Carlisle could have been a great player for us, but Blackwell was sticking with Butler at the time, who in hindsight was maybe getting a little passed his better days.

    That's life isn't it...

As I recall, Carlisle had a wee drink problem & was starting to get himself together when we signed him. I thought he was great when he played, but it was clear to see that we missed the best of him. Pity.

My stand out memory of Geoff Horsfield is his sending off at Palace.

Agree on the Lewis quotes, he was awesome for us. Don't really remember him being that great before us but never really looked out for him.

I would like to change Lichaj to RB instead of Richardson and Hulse instead of Becchio on the bench
