I cant see him getting many oppurtunities at your club. Mourinho doesnt really give youth a chance. He should sign for a team like barcelona, ajax or manchester united who give chances to youth.
just read somewhere, kid has more than 10 intl caps and had his intl debut at ripe old age of 15 years! he is a key player in their WC qualification and should get the permit without any issues.
