I really do hope these 2 players stay for the up coming years. They have been fantastic for us this season and filled the void for a misfiring Rooney and injured Valencia. I just have this horrible feeling Young may replace Nani and Welbeck may replace Berbatov. It would be a shame but Ferguson knows best, so I would not begrudge such things as he is a legend for a reason. But I hope they stay. Nani has a better chance and will likely stay but Berbatov has not really been in favor lately and has not signed a new deal. How many teams can say they have the top scorer in their league on the bench? Yet he does not really complain. He has fantastic attitude and if we sell him we will have to sign a new top class striker. But who? In my opinion it is not worth selling him. Hernandez has had a great season but he still has major areas to improve. I am 100% sure he will be a top class striker in the coming years but for now Berbatov should be regarded higher till he hits his peak form. Having Berbatov, Hernandez, Welbeck, Rooney is just top class for next season but having Rooney, Hernandez, Welbeck, Kiko* is just not good enough. I highly doubt we would go out and sign a new striker because how many top class striker like Berbs would sit on the bench? We sore what happened with Tevez, the same would just happen again. I would rather see, Owen, Diouf, Obertan being sold and Kiko loaned to another team. I just hope Dimi stays as his talent is just amazing and offers us another dimension. I have a feeling there will be a few departures, possibly, Brown, Hargo, Scholes* maybe Dimi, Nani* and VDS (retire and well known to leave) and Owen, Diouf* maybe and Obertan* and Gibson*.
