They look a canny partnership and will be a handful for a nervous out of form barcode outfit next week but their defence is weak as piss. I'd take either of them to be fair. On another note, why don't we go for Peter Odemwingie who is out of favour at WBA? Also, I'd bust the bank for that lad Lukaku from Chelsea. He is a ****ing beast and as close to Drogba as I've seen for some time.
Lukaku will make it at Chelsea mate, he is a ****ing animal. I'd move for Benteke for sure, he's superb, if a little lacking in composure at times, Gabby is ****e, never quite made it, but he will torment Williamson with his pace.
Redknapp approached West Brom for Odemwingie last week and was told he wasn't available. Defo take Benteke but again I would love to see us sign Wilfried Bony at Vitesse Arnhem. He really is the business.
Would love us to sign benteke. Don't want us going for odemwingie though, too old. 32 in the summer, and pace is/was a big part of his game, reckon he has as the very most one more year of EPL quality football left in him, if that. Not worth the money, we should be looking at younger hungrier players imo!
Benteke has had some good moments but he's not consistent. We need consistency. He's not the answer to our problems.
