Nicklas Bendtner speaks ahead of Saturday's Barclays Premier League trip to Bolton Wanderers.

Nicklas Bendtner says Sunderland must do their talking on the pitch as they look to climb the table. The on-loan Arsenal striker comes back into the reckoning at Bolton this weekend having missed last weekend's clash with his parent club.

Bendtner - fresh from achieving Euro 2012 qualification with Denmark - is in upbeat mood and looking forward to locking horns with the Trotters once more on Saturday.

And he's targeting three valuable away points to help Sunderland put a testing recent run behind them.

"I have played against Bolton a number of times - they always have a good team with great players," he said.

"They way they play is very difficult to play against, but we need three points and a great performance because we have to climb the table.

"But we must show on the pitch instead of talking about it all the time."

Meanwhile Bendtner says Sunderland's travelling army can make a huge difference by continuing their fantastic support.

"Having great fans is important because when you see and hear what they do it gives you that little bit extra," he explained.

"We have the same with the [Danish] national team when we play at Parken [Copenhagen] - you can feel the atmosphere and it almost makes you feel like you can run on wate

Good that he aknowledges the fans, that are sticking with them...

Come on Nicklas, your more postive than your gaffer, well said.
