Today I was having a cup of tea with a guy who is a big juve fan. I asked him, sarcastilly, how much he likes Bendtner. He didn't realise I was sarcastic and said "yah he is a good player, i like him". He even thought it would be good to sign him. Have I missed something? Sadly (or not) he is injured now so hopefully they will make a decision soon Bargain for arsenal
when you compare him with the players who occasionally play up front for us (chamakh, gervinho) bendtner is a very decent player. always thought it a shame we let him go.
Bendtner is, and always has been, a talented striker. At one point he started to score consistently for us. But, sadly, it will never quite click for him at Arsenal.
Bendtner is a good player but was never going to be the best in the PL. Maybe the pace of Italian footballl suits him better
Fans wanted him out. His goalscoring record per minute was better than any striker we have had since Henry, apart from RVP. But the fans wanted him out and now we have Gervinho. Ah well, our fans know best!
