Benayoun picked up a side strain in the Carling Cup win over Shrewsbury last night. He will be out for at least a week. Any ideas of who we will play on Saturday against Bolton then? I'm presuming he must have been going to be included in the squad in some way, so who will be the replacement? http://www.skysports.com/story/0,19528,11661_7192895,00.html

AOC will be ahead of him. AOC has not made the bench in the last prem and CL games.

By the way, as Benayoun is claimed to be out for a week, i suppose we'll next see him play in about 4 months. That's the arsenal way.

He's at arsenal now, a month is the minimum a slight strain would leave him out

Also he is a bit injury prone. Injury prone + Arsenal = Return at the start of next year.

Thought he played decent on Tuesday. At times he was complete ****e, at other times brilliant, but that's pretty much Arsenal, right?
