    Hi all,
I've just booked to go to Benalmadena at the end of the month.
Has anyone been and what did you think?
Also- any good tips on where to go and what to see?

    Cheers!

I stayed there many years ago. There is a great marina with good restaurants. From memory there was a very good German restaurant. If you have children the Road Train is one of the best, because it has so many places to go. There was a Sealife Centre, just like over here if it gets wet or too hot. You can also get a boat to any of the local towns. Tivoli World is good for young children, but the rides were too tame for older ones. Selwo Marina has a decent dolphin and sea lion show, again if you have children.

Mijas probably worth a trip, especialy if you have a car, but the local buses are good. Fuengirola and Marbella are good for a day out as well.

I hope you like seafood, it is excellent there. Damn, I'm jealous now, have a good time...
