But what about Kitson? "While with (Dave) Kitson and his agent there is no compromise and no wish to come to an agreement.â" What an utter cock, a least with Ben-Haim there are apparently some negotiation going on between him and the club, Kitson apparently refuses to negotiate. I think Kitson's been lucky to get as light a criticism as he has so far if that's his attitude.
But the ones who have avoided any criticism at all are David Lampitt, John Redgate and Nick Byrom - who have all put in claims under the football creditors rule. They are the ones who are the most shocking. I was reading an interesting twitter conversation last night between Richard Hughes and PompeyScot - the parachute payments seem to be a factor plus the fact that Chanrai is looking to get back all his money whilst shafting others, including those who were contracted during his tenure. Birch wants to write their payoffs into the CVA so they get paid over a 4 year period, but it seems that none of the players trust Chanrai to make the payments, and his previous form suggests they would be foolish to trust him. Who will blink first? I wonder if Lampitt wrote relegation clauses into their contracts?
Lampitt's got quite a bit of (justified) criticism. No idea who the other two are though but if they're anything to do with Portsmouth, I'm sure they're cocks as well. So essentially Chainrai and the players are playing poker over the future of Portsmouth, wish the former would bugger off.
The three of them were the board of directors - Redgate was the Finance Director - can't remember what Byrom's title was. According to Birch only the Chanrai bid is around. The trust have been incredibly silent, not even a statement on their website and Scott McLachlan is missing from the News forum. Chanrai has offered £500,000 for the CVA - there is still £14m to come from the parachute payments which it appears now he will not be using for the CVA. Plus of course we have no idea what has actually been offered to the players, it could be a very low % of what they are owed.
David Kitson is one of the biggest knobs in football. Demands huge wages, isn't very good, moans all the time, always leaves his boot in and intends to foul. A shame wouldn't describe it if players like Ben-Haim and Kitson take your club down. It'll be a ****ing outrage. It shouldn't happen in football and it speaks volumes about their personalities. It's players like these that give football the 'overpaid to kick a bag of air around' tag. Nobody is bigger than the club they play for. True that the owners shouldn't have given them the contracts in the first place but I really hope the players see sense and realise that there are people who would kill to have a £5kp/w contract for a football club (I think I read that that was the administrators aim). I hope you pull through this Pompey, I never want to see any club go under
One thing's for sure, they're certainly not going to be inclined to do the club any favours if they keep getting publicly slagged off like this.
Well Pieking, we will keep quiet about it, as long as you do, then they will never know what is being said about them
It may be too late Wooperts - I've just been reading about the amount of vitriol aimed at the players on twitter and other social media. SOS Pompey are taking a load of fans to the Eastleigh training ground tomorrow morning with an "open letter" to the players. And the latest rumour is that Chanrai will be confirmed as the owner on Tuesday.

BC bid was dependant on the wage bill being lowered. That has not changed. I would guess that the rumour will stay a rumour.
It is possible that the 28 days (from the creditors meeting) is up tomorrow - in which case something has to happen or else it's curtains for the club. Is there a limit on how long an administrator can run a business? Funny though that there's been nothing from the trust, unless they are going to come in with a bid tomorrow.
