At times he was great but he did give the ball away a lot. Something to work on.

He's about 70% there. Just needs more games.

Great video, he was really lively yesterday and a pleasure to watch at times. I agree with Spiderman-Mask, he seems about 70% there so let's see him start against Man Utd too please!

He has always lost the ball a fair amount where ever he plays. However that was a good performance by him yesterday and he scared the City defence. He will have some fun against Utd.

  6. The fact that Cabaye and HBA aren't up to speed with the PL, but still produce those moments of magic in each game, is very promising. Lets just hope Ben Arfa and Cabaye can have a season without injury scares, and hopefully we'll see the best of them.

HBA's defensive abilities aren't great, he sometimes loses the player he's marking, which is what lead to their 2nd penalty, however he did track back at least and tried quite hard in defense.

  7. He will always being frustrating because he's not the sort that will pass the ball when we all think he should, he'll always try and skin players, but that's the sort of player we bought.

He did very well and frightened Kompany and Lescott at times.

thought he was great yesterday, considering we were up against a team that will dominate possession and have a rock solid defence. some of his touches to get round players were magical.

Thought he was seriously unlucky for the penalty yesterday. He puts his arm on the front of a guy's chest who weighs 20kg more than him and it somehow makes the guy go flying forwards? Doesn't even make sense at all never mind the complaint that he went down ridiculously easy.

Please, please say Jonny Evans is playing for Man U next week. Arfa would have a field day.

Yeah no way was the second one a penalty. Was shocked when the BBC commentator just dismissed it so easy saying 'definite penalty', obviously the first one was as stonewall as you'll ever see. Richards just fell down, wasn't tripped up or anything - Grant Hold was booked for exactly the same thing as Richards in the Norwich-Arsenal game.

This. It was a shocking dive but sadly that sort of thing will always be given. The only reason he was covering LW is that Taylor had to go off the pitch because of his bloody nose/shirt. I wish we had some decent cover so we could let Taylor recover without having to randomly leave the pitch at times (happened 2 or 3 times v Spurs).

The reason he is only 70% is because he has been denied any playing time by Pard's.

Davide Santon will be even less then this due to his lack of game time.............why didnt he bring him on when it was 3-0 and game over?!! Anyone?!!! James Perch gets more minutes! Nice assist like.

We were resting key players for Man U, neither Raylor nor Simpson are key players and why bring on a defender when you're already getting beaten?
