So you often mock us for players rejecting us however the following have said NO TO LENNON! Bellamy, Campbell, Bullard, Danns,Pletisoka, Given, Keane, Weiss, James, Forster, and they are just the ones of the top of my head. So are Celtic skint? Do the players just find Lennon hideous or is there something else that makes players flee from the Concrete Bowl?
How did Given say no when we didn't even speak to him?? And we turned down the keeper last week.......when did Keane turn us down? Or Danns? Or Forster??
I suggest you look on the web my friend Lennon wanted or said he was in talks with all them players FACT but they fell apart for one reason or other.
Given, Forster, Danns, Pletisoka & Keane. We didn't have bid accepted for Given, Forster & Keane so haven't spoken to them, Danns was nothing more than a passing interest and no offer was made to the player or his agent and we turned Pletisoka down
When did Pletisoka say this??? The interview the other day clearly stated he tore his £1m a year contract up with Moscow to earn a contract with Celtic but he was told Celtic would not be offering him a contract after the trial ended. The huns were just as interested as Celtic with Danns but nobody has ever said they ever offered him a contract so how you know its fact god only knows.
Silly wum post, but im happy at this news. We don't need this type of striker We need a big Hartson or Sutton type And on bellamy, 80k a week to score ten more goals than Stokes....not worth it

There is one hell of a difference between Neil saying a player is in his sights and that player turning Celtic down.
