    He never ceases to amaze me with his own self importance;

    On BBC web site this morning:-

    FOOTBALL
    China has named former England captain David Beckham as its first global soccer ambassador to revive the game's image which has been hit by a match-fixing scandal and an exodus of international stalwarts from the country's premier league.

    "I am honoured to have been asked to play such an important role at this special time in Chinese football history," Beckham said in a statement released by IMG.

    "I'm excited by the prospect of promoting the world's greatest game to Chinese sports fans as I've seen firsthand the growing interest in football there."

    Funding Parisian orphans, now sorting out China, future General Secretary of the United Nations or perhaps even the new man in the Vatican?

    Depends if you like them hawk, my kids love them I think they are ok but they caramelise the buns to give a fixation for kids to go back for them. So I'm told mr McDonalds before you sue me <ok>

    but apparently it's true with the three most famous logo's McDonalds golden arches, VW badge and coca-cola symbol

    I could rant but am keeping myself in check.

    I'm sure Paris and the rest of the world will wake up one day and see just what a shallow, media obsessed, vaccuous twat he really is

    Macdonalds products all contain sugar to insidiously entice children back again and again. Extra sugar in bread rolls, salad dressings and even the cheese slices are manufactured with sugar as part of the recipe. I saw them being produced in a factory in N Ireland and the operators confirmed this.

    I also used to visit in my work, a Coca Cola factory in Milton Keynes during the late 1980's when consumption in Britain was only about a tenth per head of population compared with USA and about 30% of German consumption. At that time the factory received a daily delivery - 365 days a year - of 60 tonnes of sugar.

    So if you want to rot your own body and those of your children, MAKE SURE YOU VISIT MACDONALDS AND SIMILAR BURGER OUTLETS OFTEN.
