I feel for Pearson, comes back and leaves behind a great project at hull, for players like that. What a contrast. At hull a group of players who want to play for each other and young and hungry to win... to that.
We have no real competition for them Waghorn injured, Vassell crap and injured, Howard crap and Schlupp isnt ready for first team football yet
"we are not consistent". really... does a bear do his business in the woods... no reasons given why though..
The incident happened in front of me. I don't think we should make a big of a deal as BBC Leicester has out of it. I think he was telling Bamba to stay up and Beckford would stay back to clear up if it came back out.
I have no idea other than what the Radio said. But apparently unused subs were warming down, along with Kasper alone chatting to Beckford with the rest of the squad inside which is a bit suspicious.
good response that, i prefer that kind of thing. The easy thing is to be like "never play for me again", but i prefere being dealt with 'internally'
Couldn't believe some fans actually thought he played well today!! He showed a distinct lack of commitment for most of the game, in particular he had a great chance to score when he should have met a cross at the far post with 15 mins to go and in front of us City fans, he chose to back off from going for it when he should have gone in and scored, im sure he must have thought he may collide with the post or something!! And then followed up with refusing to go in the box for a free kick at the end! Disgraceful, I want him out of our Club.
Beckford has shown a big improvement over recent months but there is still alot of room to improve. Nigel needs to sit down with him and tell him whats expected of him because as a player and a goalscorer there isnt many people better at this level then him but his attitude and work ethic at times let him down
So there are two versions of what happened. Some say he refused to go up for a free kick in the dying seconds of a game and others say he was instructed to stay back and defend said free kick. Which is true?
I don't think he was instructed to. I think he decided to. Which annoyed Bamba and Pearson as they both told him to go up.
If he has refused to listen to Pearson then i dont see how he can play for us again. Today i didnt go or even listen to the game as i was busy so im not completely in the loop but as good as Beckford can be you have to listen to the manager If my boss told me what to do and i blatantly ignored him then i would get sacked
